Despatch
We are a small company based in North Wales and as such we do not offer next day delivery. Orders will be processed and despatched as soon as possible, this is normally within four days of the order being made. This may be quicker, at times this may take a little longer than usual as parts may have to be printed to order or kits assembled when there is low stock. Please do not enquire about the status of your order before this time, orders will normally be received within seven days.
All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class postage, orders over £20 are sent as tracked small parcels unless containing only etch or decals, when they will be sent as large letter.
Orders outside the UK over the value of £25 will be sent tracked.
When completed all orders will have an email sent to the customer to indicate it has been sent. for orders outside the UK this will include a tracking number. For UK orders this can be provided on request.
Orders to outside the UK and VAT
We are not VAT registered therefore prices shown are not reduced for VAT for customers outside the UK. This means that you may be charged import tax on your order. Unfortunately for EU customers the changes since the UK left the EU mean that it is not viable for us to pay import VAT on your order due to the very high costs involved in relation to the volume of orders.
Missing items
Sometimes items go missing in the post, most of our deliveries are sent with tracking so the parcel can be located. Should the parcel not arrive within 14 days of your notification of despatch, please contact us and we will attempt to resolve the matter. If your parcel could not be delivered and is returned to us, we will request repayment of postage before sending again.
Premises
We do not have a shop and the business address is not available for collection of purchases.
